DOES MAISON SINCLAIR OFFER RETURNS?

Maison Sinclair products are hand-made in Melbourne, Australia. We do not offer returns for refund, due to the one-off nature of the pieces. Please choose carefully and reach out if you have any concerns. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, your order may take slightly longer to dispatch. We appreciate your patience as we are an incredibly small team of two. To check the status of your order, please email us at contact@maisonsinclair.com.au

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently working on expanding our reach, please email contact@maisonsinclair.com and we can look into custom international delivery and provide an accurate quotation. 

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN-STORE? 

No, unfortunately we don’t have a physical store just yet.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING? 

Please email contact@maisonsinclair.com within 48 hours of delivery. All claims for damaged items or omissions must be made within 48 hours of delivery. 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED? 

All orders ship in our eco-friendly Maison Sinclair packaging. 

DO YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?

No. Kindly be advised we ship to physical street addresses only.

Maison Sinclair products are all hand-crafted ceramic pieces. The nature of different clays, glazes and our designs mean that no two pieces are exactly the same. Each piece has unique markings, fingerprints, shapes and form. This is what makes our collections incredibly unique and made lovingly just for you, please keep this in mind when purchasing.
