Orders purchased from Maison Sinclair are packaged with great care in our signature packaging. We aim to ship all orders within three business days of purchase. Please note that during busier times, orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, and we appreciate your patience. SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

We aren’t currently set-up for international orders, however please reach out with the products you are interested in and you we can prepare a custom quote. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation of shipment email.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Maison Sinclair products are hand-made in Melbourne, Australia. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the one-off nature of the pieces. 

In the unlikely event your piece is damaged in transit, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with images of the damage. The damage will be assessed on a case by case basis and necessary steps will be taken to ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

By purchasing a ceramic art piece from us, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

2.Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that the products on our Website are described as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, colours, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Each ceramic art piece is handmade, and slight variations in size, colour, and finish are expected.

3.Pricing

All prices listed on our Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, plus any applicable shipping charges.

4.Order Process

4.1 Placing an Order: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability, inaccuracies, or errors in pricing information.

4.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. The acceptance of your order occurs when we send you a shipping confirmation email, at which point a binding contract is formed.

5.Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store your credit card details.

6.Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping: We ship to locations within Australia. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events.

6.2 Delivery: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to your designated shipping address. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

7.Returns and Refunds

7.1 Change of Mind: Due to the unique nature of our ceramic art pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

7.2 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9.Warranties
